State Officials Name Airboat After Outgoing Utah Speaker Brad Wilson

(Salt Lake City, UT) — A Great Salt Lake airboat has been named after Utah Speaker Brad Wilson to celebrate the outgoing state legislator. State officials christened the boat as “Wilson’s Water Warrior” on the steps of the Utah State Capitol in Salt Lake City yesterday. Utah Governor Spencer Cox says the airboat represents Wilson’s efforts to protect the Great Salt Lake. Wilson stepped down from his role as Utah’s Speaker of the House to focus on his run for the U.S. Senate.
