PROVO, Utah-Thursday, BYU junior guard Fousseyni Traore was named to the Karl Malone Watch List, one of 20 collegians nationwide to make the cut.

Traore averaged 12.9 points and 7.9 rebounds last season for the Cougars and averages 11.2 points and 8.2 rebounds throughout his career at BYU.

Previous winners of the award include former Indiana standout Trayce Jackson-Davis, Keegan Murray, formerly of Iowa and former Gonzaga star Drew Timme.
