CEDAR CITY, Utah-Monday, Southern Utah redshirt freshman receiver Anson Kraut was named as the UAC freshman of the week.

Kraut, a native of Beaumont, Calif., posted four catches for 68 yards and a score in the Thunderbirds’ 27-26 win over Tarleton State Saturday.

Kraut and his teammates return to action October 21 by hosting Austin Peay.
