Utah Men’s Basketball Pac-12 Media Day Representatives Selected Tuesday

SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, University of Utah men’s basketball confirmed its representatives for Pac-12 Media Day at Las Vegas October 11.

The Runnin’ Utes will be represented by head coach Craig Smith, senior power forward Branden Carlson and junior guard Rollie Worster.

Carlson, a native of South Jordan, Utah and former Bingham High School star, averaged 16.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per game last season for the Runnin’ Utes.

Worster, a native of Missoula, Mont., posted 8.7 points and 4.9 assists last season for the Runnin’ Utes.

Smith is 28-35 (.444) in his third season at Utah. He is 181-114 (.614) all-time as a Division I head coach, having previously coached at South Dakota and Utah State.

This will be Utah’s final appearance at Pac-12 media days before joining the Big 12 Conference the following season.
