Girl Hit By SUV In Heber City

(Heber City, UT) — A teenage girl was hit by an SUV in Heber City early Wednesday. Just before 11:30 a.m., police were called to South Main Street and found a 14-year-old girl who had been struck by a vehicle. She was taken by ambulance in critical condition to a local hospital, and was later airlifted to another hospital in Salt Lake City. Police say the driver who hit the girl remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The incident remains under investigation, and the girl’s current condition is not known.
