SALT LAKE CITY-Michael Stefanic’s RBI single in the bottom of the 9th led Salt Lake to a 5-4 win over Tacoma Saturday at Smith’s Ballpark. Zach Neto added a 2-run homer in the 5th Inning for the Bees, who secured the series win.

Cooper Hummel drove in two runs in the loss for the Rainiers.

With the win, Salt Lake improved to 63-73 on the season while Tacoma fell to 72-65.

The series concludes Sunday at 1:05 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.

Pioneer League

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho-Reese Alexiades homered twice and Jonathan Soto and Landen Barns also homered as the Ogden Raptors downed Idaho Falls 10-9 Saturday at Melaleuca Field. Jackson Smith earned the win on the mound for Ogden while Brandon McCabe earned the save for the Raptors. Michael Kohn and Tyler Wyatt homered in the loss for the Chukars.
