TACOMA, Wash.-Jordyn Adams hit a go-ahead RBI double in the top of the 6th Inning and the Salt Lake Bees outlasted Tacoma 6-5 Tuesday at Cheney Stadium.

Jack Lopez added his 5th home run of the season in the win for Salt Lake.

Reyes Moronta posted two strikeouts in 1.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.

Mason McCoy drove in two runs in the loss for the Rainiers.

Salt Lake improved to 47-49 on the season while Tacoma fell to 47-50.

The Bees and Rainiers return to action Wednesday at 8:05 pm MDT at Cheney Stadium.

Pioneer League

OGDEN, Utah-Raymond Gil homered and the Boise Hawks downed Ogden 8-5 at Lindquist Field Tuesday. Nate Alexander posted three strikeouts in one inning of work to earn the win on the mound for Boise. Juan Teixeira and Dane Tofteland homered in the loss for the Raptors. The Hawks and Raptors return to action Wednesday at 6:30 pm.
