SALT LAKE CITY-Jack Lopez recorded a grand slam and the Salt Lake Bees bested the Sugar Land Space Cowboys 7-4 Wednesday at Smith’s Ballpark.

Jake Galish posted four strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.

Galish improved to 4-6 on the season with the win.

David Hensley and Quincy Hamilton homered in defeat for the Space Cowboys.

The Bees improved to 34-36 on the season in the win while the Space Cowboys fell to 32-39.

Salt Lake and Sugar Land return to action Thursday at 6:35 pm.
