SALT LAKE CITY-Rylan Bannon hit the go-ahead home run in the 9th Inning and the Sugar Land Space Cowboys outlasted Salt Lake 12-11 Tuesday at Smith’s Ballpark. Korey Lee (2 home runs), Shay Whitcomb, Justin Dirden and Joe Perez also went yard for the Space Cowboys. Austin Hansen posted five strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Sugar Land. Hansen is 2-1 on the season for the Space Cowboys. Jake Lamb and Jo Adell homered in the loss for the Bees. Sugar Land improved to 32-38 on the season while the Bees fell to 33-36. The Bees and Space Cowboys return to action Wednesday at 6:35 pm.

Pioneer League

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-Reese Alexiades homered and the Ogden Raptors downed Rocky Mountain 5-2 Tuesday at UCHealth Park.

Brock Gilliam posted six strikeouts in six innings of work for the Raptors to earn the win on the mound for Ogden.

Brandon Crosby drove in a run in defeat for the Vibes.

The Raptors and Vibes meet again Wednesday at 6:35 pm at UCHealth Park.
