HEBER CITY, Utah-Tuesday, the Heber City Police Department released its shift report for May 8.

Case #2305-0399/Suspicious: Complainant reported a black BMW was behind her, went around her and cut her off. She said she honked her horn at the BMW. The other driver honked the horn and flipped her off.

Case #2305-0400/Citizen Assist: Complainant requested a standby assist by police when evacuating a tenant.

Case #2305-0403/Burglary:  Burglary investigation on 1500 South, Heber City

Case #2305-0423/PD Traffic Accident: Traffic accident investigation at 588 S. Main, Heber City

Case #2305-0426/Medical: Officers assisted medical personnel with an intoxicated male who fell down some stairs.
