HEBER CITY, Utah-Monday, the Heber City Police Department released its shift reports for April 1 and 2. They are as follows:
April 2 Report
Case #2304-0042/Citizen Assist: Complainant called in to request a welfare check on one of his customers sleeping in a vehicle at the Maverik parking lot, 435 N. Main, Heber City
Case #2304-0047/Utility Problem: Officer responded to a residence on Industrial Parkway, Heber City, regarding a flooding basement.
Case #2304-0049/Keep the Peace: Officer responded to a request from a female who needed to retrieve her children and belongings from her ex’s house.
Case #2304-0060/Theft: Complainant reported a male subject came into 7-11 and stole some ice cream.
Case #2304-0068/Protective Order Violation: Officer responded to a report of a potential protective order violation.
Case #2304-0069/Drugs: Individual arrested for active warrants and drug paraphernalia found during the search incident to arrest.
Case #2304-0071/Drugs: Following a traffic stop at Willow Way and Valley Hills Drive, Heber City, the driver was charged with possession of marijuana.
April 1 Report
Case #2304-0006/Citizen Dispute: Officers responded to 3000 South on U.S. 189 to a road rage incident. The parties were yelling at each other in a parking lot.
Case #2304-0012/Theft: Complainant reported an Amazon package was stolen off of her porch on 250 North, Heber City, during the early evening hours March 30.
Case #2304-0024/Drugs: Male was charged for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and an active warrant
Case #2304-0028/Fleeing: Officer initiated a traffic stop on two motorcycles for speeding. They were going 63 mph in a 25 mph zone at 300 E. Center, Heber City. The driver was charged with driver’s license motorcycle endorsement violation INF, one count of 41-6, a 902 Stop sign violation INF, one count of 41-6a-528 reckless driving MB and one count of 41-6a-210 failure to respond to officer’s signal to stop-F3.
Case #2304-0029/Fleeing: following a traffic stop, a motorcyclist was booked on several charges for failure to stop at the command of a police officer, reckless driving and other infractions.
Case #2304-0034/Theft: investigation of headphones at the AT&T Store, 705 S. Main Ste. 120, Heber City
Case #2304-0035/Livestock: Complainant reported several horses getting out into the roadway at U.S. 40 and Coyote Lane.
Case #2304-0036/Citizen Assist: Complainant requested advice on getting a tenant removed from her residence.
Case #2304-0040/DUI: Following a traffic stop at 50 N 800 East, Heber City, the driver was arrested for DUI.
