Construction Worker Killed In La Verkin 

(La Verkin, UT)  –  Police are calling the death of a construction worker in La Verkin accidental.  The unidentified man was killed yesterday when he was crushed by a back hoe near the La Verkin Creek.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police tell “Deseret News” that the victim was doing work on a gas line relocation project at the time.
