Snowmelt And Warm Temperatures Could Create Weekend Flooding

(Cache County, UT)  –  Utah may swing from avalanche danger to potential flooding this weekend.  The Cache County Sheriff’s Office has issued a warning saying warm temperatures, rain and snowmelt may combine to cause flooding on Sunday.  Emergency management personnel are already recommending sandbags for people in flood-prone areas.  Drivers are also being urged to watch out for deadly flash floods at stream and river crossings.Â
