Utah No Longer In Drought Conditions 

(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  Utah is no longer in a drought.  The National Weather Service says that the entire state is drought-free for the first time since 2011.  Meteorologists are giving credit to this winter’s heavy snows for changing the drought conditions.  Snowpack levels are at or above 100-percent in most places, as are most rivers and reservoirs. Â
