Americans Edge Grizzlies In Game One

(Allen, TX) — The American Allens scored twice in the third period to rally for a 4-3 win over the Utah Grizzlies in Game One of their first-round series. The Americans scored three unanswered goals to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven set. Utah’s Erik Higby lit the lamp twice in defeat. Game Two is in Allen tomorrow.
