Wasatch Boys Blitz Skyline

HEBER CITY, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps used an 18-8 surge in the 2nd Quarter and never looked back in routing the Skyline Eagles 75-60 Wednesday at the Nest in non-region boys basketball action. The Wasps, fresh off of a 100-58 defeat at Wasatch Academy Tuesday, fell behind 21-19 at the end of the 1st Quarter. Nevertheless, clutch shooting from Will Harris and Lance Gehring, among others, helped turn the tide in the Wasps’ favor. With the win, the Wasps improved to 1-1 on the season and are next in action Monday at 12:30 pm at the Vivint Smart Arena in downtown Salt Lake City against the Northridge Knights, a 6-A squad from Region 1.
