Senior Leadership To Pace Wasatch High Girls Soccer

HEBER CITY, Utah-The Wasatch High girls’ soccer team commences its season on the pitch Thursday against Sky View featuring significant senior leadership.

After having a successful team camp at Snow College in mid-June, the Wasps, under the leadership of new head coach, Croatian national Gretchen Zigante, are putting in significant workouts in anticipation of the 2018 season.

The JV roster is led by head coach Ariel Partridge, with player development and program growth serving as the focal points for the Wasps at this level.

The freshmen girls will be led by coaches Lani Sayer and Ashley Painter. It is expected that the vast potential of the Wasps’ players at this stage will be realized.

Both the JV and freshmen squads will also travel to Sky View Thursday to compete against the Bobcats.
