More Utah snow brings slippery roads and canceled schools

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Another snow dump is blanketing northern Utah, causing headaches for commuters and cancelations at schools.
KSL-TV reports that the district in the ski town of Park City called its first snow day in 15 years after several inches fell on Tuesday.
That storm comes after another snowy morning on Monday. The Utah Highway Patrol says it responded to 177 accidents on New Year’s Day, most of them between Salt Lake and Utah counties.
Three of those accidents involved troopers.
With more snow forecast for the rest of the week, officials are urging drivers to slow down and use caution.
