Monviso Fire is 75 Percent Contained

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah-As of late Monday evening, a report from ABC 4 Utah confirms that the Monviso Fire, burning on the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, is 75 percent contained.

The official Twitter of Utah Wildfire confirms this is because of “the hard work of the crews and favorable conditions.”

As always, when on U.S. Forest land, follow all instructions meticulously, especially this year with such dry conditions all across the Western United States.

Reports emerging from The Associated Press and the Flagstaff, Ariz. National Weather Service bureau suggest monsoons could pick up from July 6-9.

Nevertheless, until further notice, be extremely cautious with fire and only use it in locations specified by authorities when using the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
