BLM Reports Suspicious Fire At Remote Guard Station In Bears Ears 

(Bears Ears National Monument, UT)  –  The Bureau of Land Management is reporting a more than two-week-old fire at a remote guard station.  BLM reports the guard station burned in the Sweet Alice Springs area in Bears Ears sometime before Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke’s visit earlier this month.  The Salt Lake Tribune reports investigators consider the fire suspicious but did not say why they’d made that determination.
