The UTA says a lack of sleep may have led to a collision that derailed a TRAX train in Salt Lake City. An SUV struck the train at the intersection of Redwood Road and North Temple. The impact knocked the train off the tracks, though the UTA says no one inside the train was hurt. Investigators say the SUV driver told them he had not slept much in the last few days, and police believe the driver may have fallen asleep before hitting the train.
